Return Policy

1. Exchange Period: Item exchanges are permitted within one month from the purchase date, limited to one receipt.
2. Exchange Limit: Only one exchange per receipt is allowed.
3. No Fee for Exchanges: No percentage deduction or fees will be applied for exchanges made within one month. Items can only be exchanged for a product of equal value.
4. No Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds. All sales are final.
5. Receipt Requirement: The original purchase receipt must be presented for a return. Returns will not be accepted without a receipt.
6. Proof of Purchase Alternative: If you do not have the physical receipt on hand, a clear photograph of the receipt must be submitted.
7. Condition of Returned Items: Items accepted for return must be in perfect, pristine condition.
   a. Eligible Items: Items can be returned if they do not match the original order (e.g., incorrect size or color).
   b. Change of Mind: Our return policy does not apply to a change of mind, personal preference, or items that are no longer wanted/needed.
   c. Damaged Items: Furthermore, if the item you wish to return shows any signs of damage or defects, the return will be rejected.
   d. Valid Returns: If the reason for the return is valid and justified, we will replace it with the same type of product.
8. Special Orders: Special orders and items marked as non-exchangeable cannot be returned or exchanged.
